In the Creation Phase we help your mine or farm ideas from your innovation projects into patent disclosures. This involves:

1. Providing documents for your employees to assign any inventions they make during their employment to your corporation;
2. Establishing an in-house invention disclosure process whereby all inventions related to your corporate innovation are identified and ranked qualitatively in importance to your business needs; 
3. Assisting your corporation in establishing an inventor incentive program to unearth more invention disclosures reducing the risk of quality inventions not being disclosed; and,
4. Weeding out any of the of the ranked inventions that are not novel or inventive.

The creation processes is designed to enhance farming of innovation in your corporation while at the same time effectively screen out low priority invention disclosures . 

In the Protection Phase we establish a cost effective patent filing and review strategy suited to your business.  This may be a world wide filing strategy or a selective country strategy.
The Enforcement Phase involves the enforcement and licensing of your patent rights against infringers.
